DGM Optics Astro-Filters can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund for documentable physical defects. These may include pinholes, scratches, sleeks, stresses in the glass, mounting ring defects, etc. DGM Optics Astro-Filters can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund for other reasons at the descretion of DGM Optics.

Daniel McShane/DBA DGM Optics, shall accept no liability, for ANY damages, physical or monetary, to persons or property, public or private, stemming from "misuse", accidental or intentional, of any DGM Optics Products, by any party, at any time. Some examples of “misuse” are, but not limited to, any use of DGM Optics products that may, or actually be, dangerous to persons or property, public or private, or be in violation of local, state, federal, or international law.
